I know it’s hard to get a mortgage right now so I decided to do something about it. You can rent this house whilst buying.
It’s really simple.
First you rent your new home.
Then you buy it later.
The key things to note are:
• You won’t need a mortgage today
• You won’t need that big deposit you would for a bank
• I will even give you money each month towards your deposit for when you are ready to buy
• The price you will pay is fixed today – if houses prices go up, you make money – if they don’t you don’t have to buy (P.S. You can always sell your right to buy to someone else, too!)
• Simple to understand legal paperwork will give you a tenancy agreement and the right to buy at a fixed price. You’re most welcome to use your own solicitor, too.
